How does one become a moderator on AB? What exactly do you do? Sorry, still a bit new here.....

All of us can moderate. We can flag questions as duplicates, miscategorized, nonsense or spam/offensive. We can also flag answers as nonsense or spam/offensive. However, our flags have to be approved by the staff. On the other hand, the flags made by users called Community Leaders have immediate effect. But they are also reviewed by the staff.
