I found a round white tablet with one side that says, "MYLAN A4" and on the other side it is scored into 4 sections. What could it be?

    Mylan A4 is 2mg Alprazolam (generic for Xanax manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals). It is a sedative or anti-anxiety medication from the benzodiazepine family. A potent medication with a high potential for abuse.
