What are the seed-like growths in my Kilmarnock Willow leaves? When split open it, looks like tiny seeds are inside.

    This is probably willow bean gall sawfly. Each “bleb” contains a caterpillar which forms from the eggs laid by the female, who also adds a squirt of chemical to make the orange gall or bleb. They are nothing to worry about and, apart from looking unsightly, the sawfly caterpillars won't do any harm to your Kilmarnock willows.
