If your rabbit is sneezing and has visible discharge from the nose, it needs to go to a vet straight away. This is a sign of 'snuffles' (cause by the bacteria Pasteurella), and can easily kill your rabbit.

I would just call the vet and ask them for advice. Kinda sounds like she could be coming down with the sniffles and it could develp into something more serious. Bunnys lungs are tiny and it doesn't take long for them to fill with fluid if they get pnemonia. Hope shes better soon!

Please do not give a rabbit toast. Due take her to the vet right away. Rabbits are very fragile. I have many house buns and as soon as something is wrong I take them and they are fine after getting antibiotics or fluids. I have one that gets GI Stasis twice already. That is when the bun does not produce fecal pellets which can kill them within 24 hours. Rabbits usually go every 6 hrs. As soon as your bunny does not act like themselves (something is wrong) Grinding teeth hard is a sign of pain too. Take the bunny for a check us, it will save there life. Your bun sounds like he was getting sniffiles. I know this is an older comment but for other people who read the post. You can always get a ton of info from any Rabbit Rescue. They love to help and it is free. They are in every city almost in the U.S. They also give free nail clippings and gland cleaning for your sweet bun. Hope it helps. A good one to look up that has a ton of info on there site is the Bunny Bunch in Montclair California. Just google search it and they have great Vet refferals by your area code. Look it up. Also if your bun is sick or you have a question they can help. Advice and ideas are free. I volunteer at one. Great fun places to help. They always need volunteers even just to pet or groom the bunnies. Check out Rabbit.org too! Have a great day!! :)

I would take your rabbit to a vet as soon right away. If the vet says she has a cold then a little eucalyptus oil in her bedding, with toast and dry food as her meals and a change of bedding every day will help.
It may also be because of her surroundings. My rabbit Buttercup had the sneezes last year and this remedy worked within a few days. Definately take your rabbit to the vet's though so they can diagnose the problem (if one occurs) and give you helpful advice too. Hope this helps!
