It really depends on the person to decide what the most painful piercing is. What could be extremely painful to one person, may barely make another person flinch. I think some of the most painful would be: anything genital, nipples, tragus, and sometimes tongue. As to why someone would get them, that also varies. In some cases, a person may just really enjoy pain.

My ears. And getting them done hurt so much I would never get anything else pierced!

I was in College and went to a party where the theme was Body Art, My then GF had too many piercings to count and wanted me to wear a netted vest with dangling Oinxes. they were hanging from actual loops that were pierced. I did it because she new how and the sex was great, the party was a blast too. We Are Still friends and i finally counted 38 piercings on her body!

I have never had a piercing before, but I would think the most painful would be the tongue piercing. When I think of just biting down on my tongue I shutter let alone piercing it. I really would not know what would make a person do something like that.

i have my nipple pierced, my tongue web (the piece of skin under your tongue) my nipple... 2 dermals in my lower back 3 dermals in my neck and my ears.. and i would have to say the most painful was my tongue web. when they pierced it they hit a vien and then put a bar in that was too short. so it stopped the blood from coming out and left a massive blood blister under my tongue.. hurt like crazy!... my nipple hurt a fair bit aswel. xx

It would depend person to person, but I'm going to put my guess in for a triangle or deep HCH piercing...as to what would make me get it...hmm...aside from the function I like them a lot for looks :)

Ive had a few things pierced and so far the tongue has been the worse! Its also really irritating while it heals. But its worth it after. Why did i do it?? Something to do , just to say i did it and the chances itd kill me a minor...same reason for my tats

The most painful piercing I have personally had, (which counting them up isn't very many) is my tragus. I hear that it's a doosey and it hurt pretty bad because my tragus is pretty thick.
