I'm located in MN and I am a Realtor(although my license is currently inactive pending me hanging it with broker) If I call a realtor to show me a property and then I reactive my license and purchase the property could I be held to procuring clause?

I forgot to mention. I saw the property over a year ago when I was an active realtor but didn't buy it. Simply put I'm just using this other realtor to show me the property to decide if I need to activate my license to buy this house or not.
