You dont put fire to speed so it was probably heroin they were using. Couldnt you tell how they acted afterwards?
Speed is a type of methamphetamine, referring to it's quality. Meth was popularized during WWII as an aid to help soldiers ward off sleep- and, much like everything else that allows one to escape the realities of daily life, was soon abused. It is possible to inject, but it is much easier to snort, smoke or even booty-bump. Most likely, your friend was injecting a type of pain killer.
What is "speed"?
could have been a couple different drugs why do you want to main line or shoot up?
sounds like heroin, u cook that in a spoon with water and then inject
No... that's Heroin. Speed is METH or Methamphetamines which is a white powder that is normally smoked.
No it wasnt speed if they put fire to the spoon. Speed affects you very differently than heroin. Ones an "upper" and the other is a "downer"
Its a good thing you got out of there LOL

You're reading What is "speed"? Is it one of the things you can boil in a spoon, then inject? I saw someone do that once and I never knew what it was he was injecting.

Heck, no. I was there maybe 5 minutes, and I haven't seen them since. But I wondered from time to time what it was they were using.
