Question

Help answer this question below.

My husband & his ex are letting their daughter, 16 date & have sex with a 20 yr old who has 2 kids, pays child support, been in jail 2x, has no job, car, etc. Is there anything I can do to stop this illegal relationship?

    it sounds like you care about this girl or you wouldnt be so worried about her interests. Talk with your hubby and tell him its not right, if he cares about you he'll listen, on the other hand talk to this boyfriend of the girl. maybe he's not as bad as he seems...or maybe tell him to straighten up his act.

    Have your husband and his ex wife prosecuted for negligence. And depending on where you live you can have the boy arrested for statutory rape. The later should be done by your husband and her biological mother, but if that doesn't happen have hubby prosecuted for criminal negligence.

    As you are not her bio parent, you would have a hard time doing anything about it. For the sake of your marriage, you might want to detach from her. Not your kid, not your problem.

    if you really wanted to and could prove they were having sex you could call the cops. but that could get ugly.
