Help answer this question below.
I don't understand Groundhog day, "if he doesn't see his shadow, early spring, otherwise 6 more weeks of winter". Six more weeks of winter IS an early spring!! Can someone explain?

well lots of rain/sleet and gale force winds.. but last year it was actually march before we got REAL snow.. so theres always time yet!!!

Oh, I see. We've had horrendous winds lately, and it's unusual for us. On Wednesday, we had 70mph winds; it sounded like a freight train passing by. It blew the steeple clear off a church just a few miles away. It was scary. Luckily, I didn't have to go out that day.

same here, we've had 60-70mph winds too, its gone now, yesterday light snowfall, but its been nice and dry today.... mild even!
