He can't evict him, but he may be able to get a restraining order. However, he can evict your daughter (or your daughters landlord which would be the same result).
If i have debt from over 10 years ago that hasnt been paid, how can i get this off my credit report

I filed a petition for judicial review of a school board decision. The board's response included inaccuracies in their official record. Will I be able to appear before the judge to dispute the record? If not, can i add a statement to the petition?
