Why are all questions public and at the mercy of anyone who happens to give some idiotic answer?

Because this is a public Question and Answer site. That's how it works. You post a question and all members are free to answer. If you want to ask "private" questions, you should probably join an internet group or email your friends.

it's called... answer bag... the real problem is.. we're all sticking our hands... into the same bag.. some times two or three people touch the same question at the same time... think of the germs!!!

Well if the questions aren't public, they're private aren't they? You might try Google for privacy.

This is a community and some trolls get through no matter what the staff and the members can do to try to stop them , When we all join it is the understanding what we ask here is open for all in our community to answer
