In Win2k, how can I copy a directory and preserve the "date modified" of all the files? (i.e. I want the copy to have exactly the same date info that the original does)

If all you do is "copy" then there will be all new date/time stamps on the files ... but if you do a selective backup and a selective restore, then everything will remain the same.
