They will be improved but I wouldn't go that far yet. They have to be able to win consistently against a few good teams in the west. They won't dominate. The Western Conference champion will be on a hot streak. Could be any of 7 or 8 teams. There is no dominant team. At least they haven't revealed themselves yet.
