What is the best way to lose belly fat? i have heard diffrent theories and i don't know which one is the most effective one. i just want to lose belly fat nothing else i don't want to lose too much weight.

    I have tried this multiple times and have seen improvements, it doesn't effect weight all that much and I saw results almost the next day. You lay on your back, watching tv or focusing your mind on something else lets it pass by quicker and without as much tension. You do as many possible cul ups/sit ups, do some upwards as normal, and do others on your side, in a strange S position, then while your cheek touches the (floor, bed, rug) you have your hands behind your head bringing your head back and forth to your knees. I had results after a day or two, try to aim for around 100-200 per day, all combined, side ones may help hips more than the stomach (I'm not quite certain)

    There is no way to lose just belly fat. The body simply doesn't work that way. Doing a huge number of ab exercises will help in that it will build ab muscles which consume more calories in general, but it is an extremely inefficient way to lose belly fat. You will just get great ab muscles, covered with belly fat.

    Start doing cardio work (running, biking, rowing, etc..). Get your heart rate up to 120 or 130 for long periods of time (30-60 minutes). Developing your muscles in general will also help, as that increases you metabolism and the larger muscles consume more calories throughout your day.

    Also, eat right.
