  • I don't believe wills are public record until they have been filed with the probate court. So if your dad is still alive, there will be no public record of it. If he is deceased and the estate has been probated, the will should be on file in the county where he lived.
  • If an attorney prepared his will, you should be able to get a copy from them. I would doubt that wills are public record.
