    For me the journey also.
I mean you already know where you are going but make the trip there as exciting as possible. I think this will work for any destination career, life, pleaser it doesn't matter.

It depends on what you mean. The journey to a career? I think I'd prefer the career. However, if it's a trip to camp or something, I enjoy the JOURNEY and the DESTINATION.

    That depends:

    Philosophical speaking: the journey.

    Literally speaking:
Last year we went to France and just travelled around. There was no real destination. Loved every single second of it.

Next year we will fly to Asia. The flight will take about 13 hours and I am not really looking forward to that journey.
But after we hare arrived, we will also travel around. Again, no real destination, or all small destinations inbetween, depends on how you look at it. I really love to travel, and I also love to arrive somewhere on my travels.

    Bit vague answer maybe.. :)

If you're talking about travelling: I enjoy the destination more.

If you're talking about school: I enjoyed the journey more, because of the friends I had met along the way.

If you're talking about work: Heck, I enjoy the destination these days. The long commute is slowly killing me!

In life, I like them both but I've found that having goals makes life more enjoyable.

My wife and i love car trips together. its really a close time to catch-up the latest gossip and whats happening at our jobs.

The trip there, is definetely half the fun, for us.

Does it seem that "going" takes longer, rather than the trip back home?

    Maybe, its anxiety.

I used to concentrate on the destination until I was shown the beauty of the journey. Now life is so much better.

I believe it is the destination which defines the journey and therefore both are inclusive. I can't go for one with the other.

Reaching the destination, I found there is nothing to look forward to. So now I guide others to the destination and catch their hand in the journey!

I know that the typical answer is the journey but right now, for me, it would have to be the destination. I need to see an end in sight, the end game, for me to maintain my hope and optimism. The journey has already been difficult and I hope that it doesn't lead me to a bottomless pit.

It depends on where I am going and how I am getting there.

In the cosmic scene of things, the destination is just part of the journey. Therefore, I definitely enjoy the journey more...I think...well...maybe I enjoy the destination more...ummmm...never mind.

Journey, because once i reach my destination, I will be satisfied for a while, and then wish to be on another journey.

Depends weather I'm going to the dentist or on vacation. both can be very traumatic, but the question is, is a trip to the dentist or going on an airplane more enjoyable?

For me it's the journey. 'cos that's where you experience everything. The destination is just the justification of the journey. You know what they say that anticipation is always better than getting it already? Speaks the truth. . . Þ

The journey. The desination is usually pretty good, but the ride home sucks. You can take that on a lot of levels.

Physically, the journey. Usually the destination is pretty boring. Unless it's freezing out. >_>

Metaphorically, well the destination is out of order, so I don't have a choice but to enjoy the journey, or eternally trying to eat my own tail or whatever.
