Certainly not seesaw - imagine the weight on the other end once they looked at her! :o) Or tug-of-war, if they were still attached to the rope . . .
I'm thinking track, since she could leave all the other competitors (literally) at the starting gate. :o)

She would. In a blind basketball team. She tried in one with seeing players but tired of always running into one monolith or another.

Are we talking about medusa with snakes in her hair and anyone who looks at her gets turned into a pillar of stone?
If so then she would have difficulty getting someone to play with. Perhaps she should try some turn taking game like darts or snooker or crown green bowling. then the person she was playing wouldn't have to look at her and could even be out of the room or in the clubhouse when she was taking her turn
