  • I hate working out too. Try group exercise classes or finding a work-out buddy. Also, drink lots of water throughout the day. As far as eating, low fat, lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, and again lots of water. Try to plan your meals ahead of time so you aren't tempted to snack on junk food. Good luck.
  • I love to ride my bicycle around town every chance I get. Sometimes a buddy goes with me and makes it even more fun. I don't eat anything sweet - ever! And I stay a way from empty carbs as much as I can. I eat a lot of hummus, fresh vegetables, whole grain bread, nuts, fruits and lean meats. But every now and then I just can't refuse a big old sloppy cheeseburger. It tastes much better when it's a rarity.
  • I'm the same way. Hate working out, but HAVE to. I am not that active right at the moment due to health issues, but I usually go to the gym, but that can get boring if you don't have someone to work out with. When I get bored I will go hiking, or go for a bike ride (usually with a child attached, walk the dog, or dance marathon with the kids... I usually keep a list on the bathroom mirror to remind me of all the alternate work outs :)
