Help answer this question below.

My desktop is not switching on. The monitor and all the other pheripherals are on, while I push the Power on button, the system fails to switch on. Is it a problem of power supply(SMPS)?

    Most probably the problem lies with the PSU..If the monitor light blinking and the rest of the system is working then there may be an issue with the graphics card.Check if the RAM and PSU is functional..
