Can the US Postal Service deliver Express mail to a PO box? If so can it be delivered on a weekend or holiday?

    Yes. The Postal Service is the only company that can deliver to a PO box. If you waiver the signature, and it will fit in the box, it will be delivered as soon as it arrives at the post office and the recipient can pick it up whenever they choose.

    No. a definite address is required. it would not be express mail, if the receipient were not live to accept the mail. a notice would be left in the p.o. box number.
