Help answer this question below.

I have three bike stores with all brands. Should my fourth store go all one brand? Getting heat from a major bike maker that they will do a store nearby with their brand and put me out of business.

    That's not a question anyone here can really answer. You need to get some market analysis: find out what the community around your proposed store wants and is capable of buying, learn what kind of business the competitor's stores generally do and how they do their marketing.

    The more you can learn about your competition, the better you'll be able to position yourself to fill whatever niches they are incapable of filling themselves.
