What was the storyline in "Hulk: The End"?

    the end was set almost two hundred years into a possible future, it portrays Bruce Banner as the last human, the sole survivor of a nuclear war. In the aftermath of the war, Hulk retreats to a cave emerging to find that the only other life left on earth is a swarm of mutated cockroaches. Banner is now extremely elderly, he has gained a little of the Hulk's regenerative ability, but has lost his will to live. In the moments before heart failure Banner hallucinates the sight of all his loved ones, the ones that Hulk has struggled constantly to be left alone by while defending. Banner wants to embrace final demise. Hulk, on the other hand, is still not ready to die, even transforming himself as Banner finally dies, leaving him sitting on a deserted mountain as he reflects on how, at last, he is alone.
