  • you can do pelvic floor squeezes. try having a wee and then stopping the flow in the middle. these are the muscles you can contract to do the squeezes. do them anywhere, at work, in a traffic jam, not just on the toilet. also, i think their are things called vaginal weights which you insert like tampons and have to contact the muscles to keep them in. ps, doing a pelvic floor squeeze whilst having sex feels great for the man... so ive been told

  • Personally I am not faced with this "Issue" of a non-Tight NaNa... but i hear that adding distilled vinegar to a douche and using it with very warm water helps create an almost instant tightening. To rid that area of the Vinegar taste/smell just keep adding warm water to the douche and cleanse a few times and you are good to go. a good friend of mines practically swears on this meathod!
