  • While cookies certainly have their appeal, your body is probably just begging you for a nutritious meal or snack, from which it can take the things it needs to keep going. I would give in and eat something healthy. Some carrot sticks, an apple, a banana... something that will make your body happy.
  • It means you're hungry. 1 cookie in 24 hours is not enough to sustain a human being. Even if you don't feel hungry, your body still needs food to operate at peak performance and to fuel itself for the millions of things that it does every second. If you don't feel well, at the very least keep your liquids up or eat small, non-rich meals like dry toast or un-sugared cereal with a little milk until you feel better.
