Can I be pregnant and not know it?

It is possible. My mum didn't realise until she was 4 1/2 months. Some women realise much later. A few don't know until they are in labour!

Of all things you can be without knowing it... being pregnant is one of them. You could know that you are having some weird things happening to you but not know that its due to your being pregnant. You may also know in your own reasons that you are pregnant but not know for sure. Basically anything in this world could be you, surround you, be in you, consume you or be consumed by you without your knowledge. So you can be pregnant and not know it.

I imagine you'll figure it out eventually. Maybe when a baby, you know, falls out of your crotch.

my last period was march 17th and ever since then i have only had a very tiny amount of spotting when ever but reely no other symtoms and my husband has problems with sperm count i took a test in april and it was neg know what?

i missed my menstrual for two months and then it came on the third month in may 2nd very heavy ...and its still going but very light(just spotting) whats going on and i feel extremely fatigue

It's December and I had my last period in Oct. My husband and I are trying to have a baby.. But all the test are negative..... I do have some symptoms so could I be pregnant and not know it?

i havnt had a period in almost three months... prior to that i had spotting and that after i had my last baby who is almost eight months... now since i havnt had my period i have been feeling rilli tired and worn as well as my milk supply is low unlike before i have also been rilli dizzy at some points as well as nausus.... but havnt gained any weight like my last pregnancy.... cant i be pregnant and not know it???

i have had 3 tests all negative my periods are normal but im sure i can feel something moving in my stomach i feel sick alot and have really bad lower back pain im a slim size 10 but in the last 6 weeks my tummy has become very rounded and painful doctors wont listen as im still having my period even though i have told them i have signs i had with my other 2 babies i think i could be about 4/5 months pregnant who can help me if the doctor wont even listen xxx

Yes it's possible

It's usually bigger girls who will go through an entire pregnancy without knowing it. This is because a lot of larger girls don't have regular periods so changes in their menstrual cycles aren't really noticed so much. Also, they don't tend to gain as much weight so they also don't often get the symptoms such as; swollen feet/ankles etc. This is actually something that I'm a bit afraid about right now. I guess that the best thing to do if you think that you might be pregnant is go to your doctor!

Apparently you can, im not sure tho how you can realise you havent been getting your periods and your stomach grows to a basketball size until you just gave birth to a baby, unless your ignorant?

Yes! I have a co-worker who thought she was fat. We made a Company trip to San Antonio, she had a lot of fun, took more than a few shots of tequila, and walked around in short pants, tank tops, and a round belly. It was kind of weird because when women get fat, they don't just get a round belly while the rest of the body remains thin. Well, a few weeks later, after we came back, she found out that she was like six months pregnant. I am not talking about a dumb, ignorant first timer.... She is very smart, an Accounting Director and it was her second pregnancy....so....it could happen!!

i went to a doctor the other day as i was concerned i was still pregnant. I did a test beginning of march, which came positive, then went to docs, his sed negative, so he sed id had a failed pregnancy and was going to miscarry within a few days. When i did start bleeding, it was only for a day, and not very heavy. My periods have gone fairly light compared to what they normally are, i have put on weight, and can still feel some odd movements. But when i went to see him again the other day, he just said, theres no point me doing a test, ud be about 4 months by now and showing, and you look pretty slim to me. WHAT A HELPFUL DOCTOR!!!!!! Now wat do i do? He just made me feel so stupid!
