If you are signed up for the Marines, and your parents signed the paper at 17, and you don't are in boot camp and realized you made a mistake, can you get out with guardian consent?...How do you get out?

If you are now on active duty and are still 17, your parent(s) or legal guardian must request your discharge within 90 days of your enlistment. They would have to state that they never gave their written consent.

If you are not yet on active duty but enlisted under DEP, than you can request a discharge. Although it's not well advertised, your request will generally be granted.
