I don't think so. I hate sex, drugs, rock and roll, and cheetos. But I can't stay away from them. Ok... Seriously, though. I don't like cigarettes all that much, but stopping is really difficult.

It would help. But you don't necessarily have to enjoy it. I read somewhere that a woman was addicted to sex, yet she hated it and said it hurt her. Yet she was still heavily addicted to it.

It helps, but the addiction is not about liking something a lot. It is about not being able to function without it.
