Why don't companies advertise on pants like they do on T-shirts?

    Some companies do, they have a small logo on the pocket of the pants.
    However, it's generally accepted more people will see the advertisement on a t-shirt.
    For example, when we look at somebody, we tend to look at their head and the top half of their body.
    Most people wouldn't/don't take long, hard look and read an advert on somebody's bottom half.

    This means that bacause people look at other peoples to halves more often, we're more likely to spot and read an advertisement if it's on a t-shirt. Thus fulfillimg the purpose of the advertisement.
