Hubby's company offers Disney discount tickets.
Company makes my lunch every day, and I'm cool with the F&B director, so often times it is a lunch of my choosing.
Oh, and the dirt cheap hotel rooms internationally. That is a big plus!
I get breakfast every monday, and free food occasionally during the week. Fridays at 3 we get cookies... I never make it in time and normally get the shit ones. Every so often we have wine and cheese nights at 5 in my office, where we get food, wine, beer and other appetizers (like shrimp and stuff). During staff appreciation week we get breakfasts lunches, and Cold Stone Ice cream caters for a day so we can eat ice cream all day. It was f*cking awesome. I also sometimes get movie tickets and anything related to my building I work in (30 Rock in NYC) we get discounted like Radio City Music hall, NBC studios stuff, ice skating, Broadway shows, and tapings of Saturday Night Live, Conan OBrien and 30 Rock.
I get discounts and free passes to the Pittsburgh Zoo and Museums. We also have a yearly company picnic at Kennywood Park (amusement park).
Yes at the Post Office in Maitland, Florida we get donuts and bagels the last Saturday of every month. It is really nice that they do this. But I found out recently that it actually comes out of the pocket of the supervisor. It would be even nicer if it were a company sponsored benefit.
Yes, I do alot of shipping and I get all my shipping supplies half price. We get paid for lunch too and thats kind of nice. ;)
We get free lunch every day, although the food's not that good some days. We also get a 20% discount in the gift shop. At Christmastime we get 40% off. They throw a pretty good Christmas party too, we get a free gift (this year a very snuggly robe, the year before a blanket, the year before a jacket with the company logo)and the restaurant chefs do the cooking for the food and pstries. We get a free turkey for Thanksgiving, and we bowl it to see if we win a pie. If we don't win we still get a can of cranberry sauce. They also give us one day's pay as a bonus.

If you have a job then the best benefit is that you have a job and get paid because many people don't have a job now.

Military Discount generally 10% off everything i buy.
We have an ice machine here at work and I can get free ice every other friday. When I'm in a real frisky mood, I'll get it any damn time I feel like it.
I don't work for anyone I prefer to make 100% of the profits and have all the benifits that come from owning your own business.
At my last job, all I got was benefits. I managed the karate school where my daughter took classes. I didn't get paid with money, but she didn't pay for anything there...classes, equipment, testings, etc. Also the owner/chief instructor was always taking us out to eat and when we went out of town for tournaments, it was all expenses paid. It was the best job I have ever had and I loved it...he is a great guy too. He closed it down and opened a school in his home town, he has asked me to manage that one (my daughter still attends and instructs there) and I am seriously considering it. I may even teach Tai Chi classes..ha ha..imagine that!
Yep. I work nights (not waking,) and the pay was kept the same as the day pay in case I had to get up. I very rarely have to, so while I'm sleeping I'm earning day wages, also, when I go to a meeting during the day I get paid overtime at time and a half.
Life is hard.
I own the place, so I don't really count.
I pay my employees health insurance 100%, and they get lots of freebies from the meat dept., we cut fresh every day, what does not sell, has to go somewhere.

I get free batteries. AA AAA and those big 9volt ones. No C's or D's though
Sure I get things like discounts, but I still don't know how to build a house yet. So, the building materials I could buy are useless.
I get free drinks, popcorn and candy at the theater where I work, and I get a really good discount at the pizzeria next to it.
I worked at a hotel last summer, and I got the best breakfast for free. It was pretty nice. haha.
Free tea and coffee everyday. Free samples when we release new products. Free lunch a week before Thanksgiving and a week before Christmas. Every other Friday we have a breakout, where cake, ice cream, pretzels, cookies or some other treats are available to us for 30 minutes.
I work for my bro in law who owns a medical supplies co. No big benefits to mention. My old job had some benefits you could say. Former male stripper. Hung Jury entertainment. Ahhh. Those were the days.
I would say if you are working anyway, that is a benefit......sounds bad, but for everyone that has a job that hates it 9 people are happy to take their place.
Yes benefits of any kind are noticed by employees.
