Would a member of the "Skull and Bones" society wear the symbol on any part of their outergarments, including shoes? I've recently seen the symbol in the arch of someone's shoe (bottom). Very curious.

    No, I don't think so.

I've never seen such markings anywhere on John Kerry and George W. Bush.

S&B members seem to be secretive about everything, so why would they wear any outward sign?

No. Members of that particular organization do not wear any distinctive markings on their day-to-day clothing.
