If you knew someone who was consistently mean to you and others and exhibits a bad disposition, should these types of people ever expect others to do anything for them?

    well they would only not expect others to do things for them if they realized that they were mean or unhappy.
    most people do not realize that they are as mean as they are, and therefore would assume that people would do things for them just as those people would do things for others.
    if they ask you to do something for them, you may just have to politely point out that they havent been very nice to you and you dont feel they deserve it (although i realize that may be hard to word nicely)
