Delete all the files, try it with one or 2 mp3s, one of them may be corrupted.

First format the player using the software available on the disk that comes with the player. If this does not solve the problem then reformat it.Continue to format the player for 10 to 12 times at a stretch. This is the basic way.
Now if the problem remains the do according to the following-FIRST READ IT FULLY THEN START.AND IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ANYTHING THEN DO NOT PROCEED.BECAUSE ANYTHING WRONG CAN KILL YOUR PLAYER.
    1.Go to the site http://www.s1mp3.org/en/downloads_tools.php
Now under the caption Wire's tool in the page,Download the software s1fwx.
2.Before downloading the above software you must have WINRAR.If you dont have then download it from www.downloads.com
3.Now after downloading both the software, unzip s1fwx with winrar.
4.After extraction connect your player with the computer.
5.In the folder sifwx that is created after extraction you will find a file called "extract.bat".Execute it.After a while a file named "dump.bin" will form in the same folder.
6.This dump.bin is the original firmware that is loaded on your mp3 player. So keep it securely.
    7.Then disassemble the player.
8.Look for three numbers-a)Working board number
    b)Processor or the working
    IC number
    c)memory chip number
9.With this numbers search the following sites for the correct firmware.
    www.s1fw.com
    www.mympxplayer.com
    www.moviecodec.com
or if your player is branded then go to its home page or you can search google, yahoo, ask, mamma etc.
10.WARNING-UNTIL AND UNLES YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE CORRECT FIRMWARE,DO NOT INSTALL IT ON YOUR PLAYER.IT WILL MAKE YOUR PLAYER DEAD.
11.After getting the firmware go to the firmware upgrade tool that is given on the disk that comes with the palyer.
12.Under the tab "SELECT NEW FIRMWARE" select the firmware that you have just downloaded and click start upgrading.Your firmware will be upgraded and there is 90% chance that the problem will be solved.

IF YOU CANT FIND THE CORRECT FIRMWARE FOR YOUR PLAYER THEN UPGRADE THE FIMWARE WITH THE FILE DUMP.BIN THAT YOU HAVE SAVED EARLER.THIS CAN ALSO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
LASTLY AGAIN---DO NOT UPGRADE WITH A WRONG FIRMWARE.
