  • yes! especially when you are with someone, they get a text and then giggle or something... i feel left out of a whole conversation that isnt even going on around me...
  • I don't think so.
  • sometimes i read my brothers ... *looks guilty* but theyre never that interesting
  • Hmm, I actually can't think of any times it's bugged me. I don't mind when people sit and talk with me while texting, I've had to in a few situations as well, and as long as you're not downright ignoring the person you're physically talking to, I don't think they should have a problem with it. My texting conversations usually don't last long, however, and are usually about things that need to be taken care of anyway (like text conversations with my mum about what chores are done at home/what time I'll get off of work or out of class/where I or my dog is, etc).
  • Oh, from time to time. I respect people's privacy though.

  • Depends on the person and the message.
  • Yeah! And I have read some of them before!
  • you can with certain software. you need to physically install it on the phone though. once it's in it's invisible to them and you can do anything from read their SMS to listen in on their calls, all from another phone. there is a version of this type of software that installs itself via sms or bluetooth as well, but it's not publicly available.

But if you are in a business, privacy and security of messages plays an important role. I know a company who could provide you with security in unified communications www.MyOfficePhoneSystem.com.
