I occasionally do. It's so hard to find good quality bean sprouts here. If I go to town, about 30 miles away I can buy a huge bag of them from the Asian market but then I have to be able to use 5 lbs of sprouts! lol! So it's easy to make my own.

Oh my word! I'm not alone in Silver Cypress land, eh? Perhaps fly by's dropped those seeds. The erosion..... I'm afeared mine went too far, now every time there is a change in wind direction, the dam breaks loose and the creek overruns the banks at the most inconvenient times. The good coming from that is with the flash flooding, seems the red tide problems have abated. Thank goodness for that! I couldn't stand the stench of dead and rotting fish anymore!!! EWWWW sandy clams! You are right about that! So hard to clean them out thoroughly, when the vision has become less than ideal, eh?
