There's several ways of doing this, with varied success... The commonest method is to get many people to link to your site with the words in the link text as the keywords that you'd like to be associated with. This is how the George W. Bush Administration's web site was associated with "Dismal Failure" when you type that into Google and hit I Feel Lucky. The same process was also used for that "These Weapons Of Mass Destrution Cannot Be Found" spoof page. (remember that?) Aside from that, the only way to get tangible results in raising your Google profile is to put more textual content into your site that you think will be picked up by the Google search and sorting algorithms that pick out the most relevant results and sort your site like that. Google are always refining their search process though, to try and filter out the sites which abuse this feature, to provide more concise and appropriate results for search terms. A fair dose of luck is also requird to hit the right combination of content and keywords... Good luck in your quest :)
