    My guess would be New Orleans, with Miami and Los Angeles probably second, then Detroit and Atlanta somewhere in the mix. I wish they'd rotate the game into cold weather stadiums as well, but that is just my preference. Either that or put all the stadiums into a hopper like the basketball lottery and the one that comes out hosts the Superbowl that year and you could do the pick at the end of the NFL draft.

    I think Miami has had the most. But there have also been several in New Orleans too.
