I've missed the last few weeks, what character came back?

Jesse has just come back as a character recently. He had to go into hiding because he and his family was in danger. We are just starting to find out why. But I agree. There has been far too much of this. And if they don't bring the character back, it is the same actor but they are playing the evil or long lost twin or something. It doesn't make the soaps very realistic that's for sure, but then again it is fantasy.
Could you tell me the main pecularities of "Soap Opera?"

You're reading Whats your opinion on back from the dead stories on soap operas? On AMC a charecter that died on camera in '88 and visited down many times as a ghost since has been resurrected from the dead and I feel its lame and stupid writing. What do u all think?

Jesse Hubbard. He was shot and killed in 1988 died on camera and has visited Pine Valley several times as a spirit. In 2001 when Ryans first wife Gillian died her last scene was her entering heaven and being greeted by Jesse and others that had been killed off and they helped her accept her death. So bringing back Jesse really screws with the shows history!

hasnt been reveled yet. the thing is just like i point out hes been seen as a spirit so many times like when Tad Martin was trapped in the tornado and died and was in heaven Jesse appeared as a spirit and told Tad to return to earth he was needed and he did. And in 2001 as I pointed out Gillian Lavery was killed and ended up as a spirit not wanting to face her death and Jesse and others who had been killed off appeared as spirits and helped her face she was dead and her earthly life was over. So Jesse appearing as spirit then comming back to life is seriously ignorant writing.!
