Help answer this question below.

In CA, I received a ticket for failure to stop at an intersection. It does say "STOP AHEAD" on the pavement, but there isn't a stop sign. Can I fight this?

    A painted stop sign, on the pavement, is the same as a red stop sign on the side of the road. it means the exact same thing.

  • I think you should definitely try to fight the ticket. I know that there are lawyers that help fight traffic tickets but I don't know how much they charge.
