Once. And chances are verbal abuse would occur first, so probably long before that. No human being has the right to hit another human being. Period.
-
Twice...once I could possibly chaulk it up as a loss of impulse control, accidental, stupidity or whatever, do it again and I'm gone.
-
Just once. That be the end of it. I had enough of that to last a life time. The abuse in my relationship went from mental abuse, to verbal abuse, to hitting me.And when he threatend to put my head through a wall, that was it!
-
If he evens threatens to do so he's out. I don't like bullies either.
-
One time and one time only!
-
once-he couldnt do it twice with that bloody stump he'd be waving
-
once! if he hits me out of anger then he is gone straight away if he dont i will go! i will never be scared again! i grew up with being hit regually by my dad n if i could have gone sum where i would have! if my parner even raises his hand i'm gone!
-
eeew, once! I've never been with anyone who has hit me. I dont attract those kinds of men.
-
Once, but I'm smarter now than I used to be. I let it happen more than once before, but I did eventually get out. To truly know what you would do in any given situation, you have to experience. I always used to say that I would never let it happen to me - but that was before I was in an abusive marriage. It was far more difficult to extricate myself from the relationship than one would think.
-
I'm a pushover...probably it could go on for a while.
-
It always amazes me when I see stories of this nature in the paper or the TV. When someone strikes you whether it be a man or a woman it's an instant red flag that they are abusive. There is no second chance period. You should leave immediately, end of story. NO, it was not an accident. No, You can not change him. No, It was not your fault. Get out and get out now you deserve better! This goes the same for abused men. Women can be just as violent as men and men should leave just as fast as women should when their partner shows violence tendencies.

My ex tried once, I hit him and knocked the air out of him, of course I ran out of the house and left. I wasnt staying to find out if he was going to beat the shit out of me. I love ME way to much to let anyone hit me.
-
Once. period
-
Just once, and he best know that I'm gonna kick ass and call the cops too! I'm a bitch like that!;-)
-
Once, trouble is what will happen to him after he hits me. I hope that will never happen, their life will never be happy ever again. :[
-
there will definitely be a huge fight. i have family and they have no problem kicking somebody's ass for me.
-
Never. Simply threatening to or raising his hand would have me packing my bags and walking out the door.
-
Once. And he would be very sorry he did so. My reaction would be to use my martial art training on him and then once he was on the floor, I'd walk out never to be seen again by him.
-
Just once!!!!!!!! one time!!!!!!
-
Once...and HE'D be the one leaving...
-
"Once" and that would be me slamming the door on the way out.
-
I smack my bitch up daily. NOT! Don't let ANYONE hit you. That's not love, it's control!!
-
once. and if he did hit me id go fuking mental. :)
-
not a single time! I'm a human
-
ONE
-
I hate to admit it but quite a few times actually. I always forgive quickly and believe him when he says he wont do it again.... I know, i'm silly.
-
once
-
only once.. i would kill him!
-
Once. After that he's gone and isn't coming back. I would never hit someone I loved and I demand the same back.
-
I'm male, but the thought of beating a woman is absolutely detestable. I would advise that the first offense should be the last.
-
Just once. Period. No discussion. That would be it.
-
One Attempt and he'd be gone! Women, you deserve better than someone like that. If he doesn't respect you, get rid of him!
