If you trust her than it shouldn't be an issue. But ex's can ruin relationships i've seen it happen. So maybe confront her about it? but be careful about how you approach it as you probably shouldnt have been going through her phone without her permission

No you shouldn't. If she called him please be aware that she 99% likely talked about you, sort of to show off. And if he called her, she 99% mentioned you to mention you!
