Does "letting go" include letting go of the practise?

    At a certain point, yes. When building a base of the practise it is nescessary to have some kind of structure. Behavioural patterns cannot be changed without a certin repetetive structure. Eventually the practise has to be let go of. Actually it is done gradually little by little over a great amount of time throughout the practice, and the practise itself becomes more and more simple in structure.
