  • That question doesn't have a direct answer. First of all, unless the animal is used to eating raw meat, it's probably not a good idea. It's not the meat you should worry about, it's the bacteria! Raw meat carries bacteria like nobody's business. That's a one way ticket to a sick pet and a big mess!

  • for dogs absolutely yes,raw organs are the most nutricious for them to eat,and they love it..some dogs do find the smell of too strong when fed for the firts time,so fry it a bit on the outside encourage them to eat it...slowly they will adjust to just raw..3times a week is more than enough as livers are really rich in vitamins... I know someone who cat loves it,so i guess is safe...good luck,hope your buddy will enjoy it...
  • I have had 2 cats both lived past 20 and both ate ONLY raw beef liver. It is healthy for them and is more akin to what they would eat in the wild.
