I'd take a breast REDUCTION, but not implants.
Believe it or not, being large chested (especially on a small frame) isn't exactly all sunshine and roses, kids. It's a life time of gawking, back pain, and struggling to find clothes that fit properly. I'd trade these puppies in in a heartbeat.

I would want them lifted. I've had 2 kids and they're not exactly where they use to be. lol I would be doing it for me and nobody else. I'm in a 38C & always wanted to be a couple sizes bigger. But my husband says there's no need. And I know other places that money can go, having kids and all!

I wouldn't mind being slightly larger naturally, but I don't think I'd ever get enhanced surgically, even if it was free. I've heard that implants can make it hard to find breast lumps. My grandmother recently had a partial mastectomy due to breast cancer and I believe her five sisters all had breast cancer. With family history like that, I don't need to do anything else to add to it. Not to mention the fact that I'm way too modest to want to lay there naked while a room full of people stare at and touch me-even if it is in a clinical setting. :)
