Look at the uscis web site for further information.
You need to first file form 130S which is petition that your spouse sponsors you for immigration.
After approval of 130S: form I485 which will give you an immigrant visa (green card). It will be granted after interview at uscis.
After 3 years with the green card AND still married AND you lived in the US continously, you can file form N400 to become a citizen, also after an interview at uscis.
After N400 granted you will get an appointment to be sworn in as a citizen.
