  • Yes! It's one of those things that you really have to see to believe - the high-pitched screaming and squealing, the mindless running and jumping. Add animals to the mix and the insanity level reaches critical mass. I think it's all just part of being little and finding almost everything exciting and fun. Being with other kids is really, really fun and it is easy for little ones to get over-excited and go a little nuts. My daughter will often go silly and run through our house or garden, squealing and giggling for no apparent reason. If the cat is in a skittish mood, the pair of them tear through the house with reckless abandon. This is why kiddy-proofing the house is so important :)
  • Yes. Teens have their own world.They are special times of everyone's life.
  • Yes. It is quite overwhelming. My daughter and nephew go into this state at least twice a week, the more I try to calm them the more heightened the behavior. I just let it run it's coarse and find that it will stop just as quickly as it started, They will usually fall asleep or be very run down afterward. Thank goodness!
