  • take the battery out of the car then remove the lines using opened end wrenchs, should drop out unless theres a braket, then remove the braket
  • opps, that was the filter, remove the straps, make sure you use a jack to hold the tank up so it doesnt just drop, then disconnect the hoses and wire harnes, put kitty little down as gas will spill, then use a strong wooden stick and rubber hammer to turn the ring around the unit on the tank, you dont want metal hitting metal around gas incase of spark, then pull the unit out carefully, you are only replacing the pump, not the whole unit, then the pump should just pull out from the side of the unit, good luck
