Question

Help answer this question below.

I'm on a medication that has "heartburn" as a side effect, and "no antacids" as a drug interaction warning. Any advice for things I should or shouldn't eat/drink/do to make it suck less?

Heartburn means too much acid in the stomach so, avoid acidic food and drink such as oranges.
Perhaps your doctor could prescribe acid lowering medication to help you.
Milk of magnesia is an over the counter remedy for heartburn but before using it check with your doctor so it doesn't interfere with the medication you're on.
