    because of microbes that posses endospores, such as bacillius,clostridiums and sporosarcina. They have what it takes to fight extremities.

    Human skin cleaned with alcohol isn't a sterile environment. A sterile environment is human skin cleaned with alcohol along with everything else in the closed sterile vicinity.
