My legs hurt all the time. I try chair adjustments and walking breaks but it doesn't help. Could it be Restless Leg Syndrome?

    It could be many things but should it persist you should see a doctor. If it is RLS there are medications to help with this problem.

    Restless leg syndrome
    A condition in which sufferers experience unpleasant sensations in the legs, especially the calves, thighs, and feet, especially at night. Often, patients complain of crawling, tingling, aching, stabbing, heaviness, or pins and needles sensations in one or both legs and even arms, usually when lying down or sitting. Involuntary leg movements often occur at night or sometimes during the day.

    Well maybe you have some kind of fluid on your legs. maybe u can try excercising them such as lifting weights, not over 15 lbs. But, if that dont work, i guess cut em off. Ha Ha

    There are many possibilities.

    Leg pain should not be ignored in case there is a circulation issue.

    Please see a doctor if this persists.
