Chicago White Sox Earl Sheely hit a record 6th consecutive double on May 21, 1926.

In his last 4 at-bats on May 20th he hit 4 consecutive doubles, and he continued the streak the 1st two times up the next day and for good measure, he hit a home run in his next at-bat to tie another major league record for the most consecutive extra base hits.
